Here's what I made for breakfast today: Cottage Cheese Pancakes and a Cherry- Blackberry Coulis. It's one of the recipes that I had tacked on my breakfast nook wall ( A Cook's Challenge) , but instead of the rhubarb compote the recipe required, I just simmered a few frozen cherries and blackberries in sugar and a little water and voila! Delicious!
