Amuse your Bouche!

I have a secret addiction to serveware that I could not really indulge in for lack of storage space in my San Francisco kitchen. So, I collected amuse bouche containers, instead.

I just love the idea of these mini morsels of gustatory and artistic micro- masterpieces!

My summer project: Invent a Havaianas-inspired amuse bouche!

Any ideas?

Brilliant Idea of the Week: Havaianas Postage Stamps!

Hi all!
It was Chinese New Years holiday here in Singapore and I had time to do some good old fashioned letter writing ....when pow! this brilliant idea hit me....

Dear Havaianas in Sao Paulo,

Anybody who makes Ads as amazing as this.....



Should make Postage Stamps too!


If the houses of Ungaro..... and Lanvin can do it....




Why not Havaianas?

Then,take it one step further, you should convince every single country where Havaianas is sold to have Havaianas Postage Stamps!!!!



I think I would never email again....just to have an excuse to use Havaianas Postage Stamps all the time!!!

Trade in your Shoes!!!!

Twice this month, I made the mistake of wearing regular shoes ( my navy french sole ballerinas and my chloe platforms) and TWICE I got ouchy blisters that had me cussing like a sailor up and down Orchard Street!

The only reason why I wore shoes was because I thought it would go with my outfit!
And so this made me wonder......Can I give up wearing leather shoes altogether and just wear Havaianas?



I could wear Havaianas Slim Lucky owl with this outfit. BTW,this is Alessandra Colombo ( my new girl-crush)



This outfit goes with all my Havaianas...

My Brilliant Idea of the week:
Havaianas Rescue Outposts (like Lifeguard Towers) all around Orchard Road. So blistery fashion victims like me or tired shopping feet can get a break!

Havaianas and Eco-Friendly Christmas Decor.....

I wonder if Havaianas makes Christmas ornaments? It would be great if they recycled their leftover rubber soles and straps and created a line of eco-friendly, fun Christmas ornaments. Maybe like these below....



I'd really like to do a modern, meaningful and earth-friendly spin on Christmas this year....



John Galliano's Tree For Claridge's in London is very non- traditional, as well! I love the Asian inspired feel to it..



A tree like this where everyone gets to write something they are thankful for is just lovely....what do you think? This would be great for an office! The Anonymous Post-It Tree of Thanks.....
