    Hi! my sister gave me a pair of havaianas slim for my bday but it was one size smaller.

    Hi! Oh No! It would depend on where your sister bought it. If she bought it at the ION store, call them up and find out what they can do:)The number is 65099042. And dont wait too long before getting it exchanged, most stores have a 14 day limit to exchanges. Hope that helps:)
